　　首先向您表示祝贺啊，还有听说Ford的面试大多采取电话英语面试，所以，要注意一下的准备细节啊。

　　综合了几位新东方老师和网上高手的建议，为您作出以下建议：

　　首先要了解这个公司，上网查询相关的尽量多的信息，做好准备。

　　或者直接找在这个公司的人问一下，问一下电话面试的细节和考官的情况，譬如说喜好和忌讳等等。

　　英语面试时，多用动词和简单的短句。除了可以直接、清楚地表达自己的想法，也会让主考官觉得，你是个有行动力、做事明确的人。哈哈，用“yes”“no”就行。

　　要避免非正式用词，并注意礼节。最好不要使用像〝got to〞等非正式的字眼，让主考官觉得不够稳重。另外，除非主考官请你直呼其名，例如〝You can call me John.〞，否则还是应该尊称对方的姓，叫Mr.xxx。

　　千万别为了准备接下来要讲的话，而显得心不在焉，要注意聆听，尤其在听力不好的情况下。

　　所以，在英语面试之前，应该先准备好自己要回答的内容，面试当中，才能专注聆听主考官讲的话，而不是在心里盘算下一句该讲什么，让主官觉得你看起来没有自信或准备不足。

　　以下是英语面试中最常出现的10个问题和应答范例：

　　自我介绍：I think I am hard-working, responsible, capable, and outgoing. When it comes to work, I always get the job done. Because I’d like to be thought of as someone who can be trusted.(我想我是个工作勤奋、负责、能干，而且外向的人，在工作方面，我一向能贯彻使命，因为我希望自己会被当作值得信赖的人。)

　　【问】 Do you have any actual work experience？(你有实际的工作经验吗？)【答】No. This is my first job I applied for. But I learn very quickly.(没有。这是我应征的第一份工作，不过我的学习速度很快。)

　　【问】How were your grades at school？(你在学校成绩如何？)【答】Most of them were above average. I spent a lot of time on my studies.(大部份的成绩都是中上，我花了很多时间读书。)
