　　刚才在网上给戴尔投了一份简历，简历最后有几个开放性问题：

　　1.Was there any big problem ever happened in your life?

　　我的答案是：yes,there was.有.

　　2.Why you think it was a big problem to you?

　　At begin of learning english,my english was very bad,my teach often scold me, at that time,i really don't want to have english class anymore,but english is very important to student,so i have to overcome this problem.

　　3.How do you solve the problem?

　　i have to overcome my fear for english at first,i should build up my confidence,other students can learnt english well,so did i!so i worked very hard all most everyday at that time,finally my english was top three in my class.

　　4.What is your big learning from it?

　　everytime i met problem i alway told myself this problem was solvable,don't give up your confidence,there is will,there is a way!
